PREAMBLE

The UNIVERSE consists of 96% DARK ENERGY / DARK MATTER, and 4% ordinary Matter. It consists of everything that exists anywhere in Space and Time, including the EARTH, everything on and within it, and everything within the Solar System. The observable UNIVERSE includes billions, possibly trillions of Galaxies. All stars, including the Sun are part of the UNIVERSE.

UNIVERSITIES are SCHOOLS that continue a person’s education beyond secondary or high school. A School that is called a UNIVERSITY should deal with nearly all fields of learning that enable individuals to participate with greater understanding in community and global affairs.
